At Snell’s Pharmacy Shop, we pride ourselves on offering an American Diabetes Association-recognized program with trained diabetes professionals, helping those who currently struggle with type 1, type 2, and gestational diabetes.
About Our Current Diabetics DSMES Program
When you enroll in our program, we take the time to work with you one-on-one to help you control and reduce your A1C levels. The initial visit is an hour-long session working closely with a trained diabetes educator to evaluate and assess your learning needs. We then focus on providing you with a learning experience tailored to your needs, goals, and life experiences.
Our DSMES program will teach you how to eat healthily, be active, monitor blood sugar levels, take medication, reduce the risk for health conditions, and cope with diabetes.
